SARASWATI DAY
In three aspect
Tattwa (philosophy), Susila (ethics), Ceremony (yadnya).
1.About Tattwa (philosophy),
a. Etymology.
Saraswati composed of words: Saras and Wati.
Saras is something that flows, and speech.
Wati means that have / had. Thus, Saraswati means: that the character of flow and as a source of knowledge and wisdom.
b. Term.
- Tri Murti in the teaching of Hinduism according to Sang Hyang Saraswati is the Sakti of Sanghyang Brahman.
- Sang Hyang Hyang-Saraswati is Hyangning Pangaweruh
- Literacy/ Aksara is the only Linga Stana Sang Hyang Saraswati

Day Saniscara Umanis wuku Watu gunung is a day of worship of science falling for Hindus.
2. Susila (ethics)
- Worship Saraswati day performed before noon.
- Before the celebration of Saraswati, is not allowed to read or write.
- For those who do Brata Saraswati is not allowed to read and write for 24 hours.
- In studying all pangaweruh/ knowledge always based on the pure heart to Hyang Saraswati, including in terms of caring for the library.
3. Ceremony (yadnya).
- Venue:

- Implementation:

2. Upakara
To offer the labaan nasi pradnyan, herbal in sad rasa / six taste and kumkuman water. After to offer the pasucian / kumkuman, labaan and herbs, followed by receive kumkuman, pray, receive the holy water , herbs and receive the Labaan Saraswati / Nasi Pradnyan, before the ceremony ended.
4. Sanggraha Kosa.
- Saraswati day equipped with Sanggraha Kosa
as follows:

- Padewasan.
Saraswati Day is celebrated on Watugunung Umanis Saniscara apparently seems to have a connection with mythology pawukon, in particular - Watugunung and Sinta
